Terms of service

These Platform Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Luup One, operated by Luup L.L.C-FZ (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), including the Luup One mobile app, website, reward wallet, missions, offers, brand pages, support tools, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Luup One, you agree to these Terms.

01Luup One and participating brands

1.1Luup One is a managed growth system that combines human relationships, mission based participation, tracking infrastructure, and algorithmic intelligence to help brands activate customers and communities through Community Commerce®.

1.2Luup One houses multiple participating brands in one app.

1.3Your relationship with a Brand for its products, services, offers, purchases, warranties, delivery, fulfilment, and customer support remains with that Brand unless stated otherwise.

1.4Luup One provides app infrastructure, tracking, mission management, review workflows, reward operations, reporting, moderation, and related services.

02Eligibility

2.1You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher.

2.2You must be legally permitted to use Luup One, receive rewards, and participate in missions in your jurisdiction.

2.3Your participation must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer protection, sanctions, export control, tax, data protection, and platform rules.

03Account registration

3.1You may create an account using supported registration methods, including email, Apple, Google, or another method made available by Luup One.

3.2Your Account is personal and non transferable.

3.3You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3.4You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your Account.

3.5Luup One may reclaim, modify, suspend, or reassign usernames, handles, profile names, or identifiers at its discretion.

04Brand access

4.1Luup One may allow you to access multiple brands through one Account.

4.2Each Brand may have separate missions, offers, rewards, rules, eligibility requirements, disclosure requirements, and reward conditions.

4.3Luup One may add, remove, pause, or change Brands, missions, rewards, or features at any time.

05Missions and participation

5.1Missions are created, curated, reviewed, or managed by Luup One and may be approved by participating Brands.

5.2Each mission may include requirements for content, platform, timing, format, proof, disclosure, review, and reward eligibility.

5.3Participation is voluntary.

5.4You are not entitled to payment unless a reward is tracked, verified, approved, and payable under the applicable rules.

06Submissions and review

6.1Submissions may be reviewed using human moderation and algorithmic tools.

6.2Approvals are discretionary.

6.3Luup One may reject, remove, disable, or require edits to content at any time if it breaches these Terms, mission rules, Brand rules, platform rules, or applicable law.

6.4Luup One is not required to provide reasons for rejection unless required by law.

07User generated content

7.1You retain ownership of content you create.

7.2By submitting content through Luup One, you grant Luup One, the relevant Brand, and their service providers a worldwide, royalty free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, display, distribute, publish, analyse, and promote that content for platform operation, moderation, reporting, marketing, promotion, paid media, and campaign optimisation.

7.3You represent that:

1. you own or control the necessary rights;
2. your content is truthful and not misleading;
3. your content does not infringe third party rights;
4. your content complies with applicable law and platform rules.

7.4Luup One provides in-app tools that allow you to report content and instantly block other users. Reports are reviewed and actioned in accordance with clause 10 (Acceptable use).

08Rewards

8.1Rewards are governed by the Reward and Loyalty Program Terms and any mission or reward rules.

8.2Rewards are discretionary and not guaranteed until verified and approved.

8.3Displayed balances, estimates, or pending rewards are not final.

8.4Luup One may withhold, delay, reverse, or cancel rewards for fraud, error, breach, refund, cancellation, chargeback, missing information, payment provider review, tax review, sanctions review, or insufficient Brand funding.

09Payments

9.1Payments may be facilitated by Luup One, a Brand, or third party providers.

9.2Payouts are subject to verification, minimum thresholds, approval windows, payment provider availability, and applicable rules.

9.3You are responsible for accurate payment details.

9.4Luup One is not responsible for delays, failures, fees, or restrictions caused by third party payment providers, incorrect information, banks, payment networks, or compliance checks, except where required by law.

10Acceptable use

10.1You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

10.2You must not:

1. create fake accounts;
2. use self referrals unless expressly allowed;
3. use bots, automation, or artificial engagement;
4. manipulate impressions, clicks, tracking, or metrics;
5. submit misleading, deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
6. impersonate Luup One or a Brand;
7. breach Brand rules;
8. breach platform rules;
9. breach applicable law.

10.3Luup One has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes, without limitation: harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexual or violent content, content that exploits or endangers minors, spam, fraud, impersonation, intellectual property infringement, and any content that is unlawful in the jurisdictions where Luup One operates.

10.4You can report any content or user from inside the app. Reports are reviewed by the Luup One moderation team and actioned within 24 hours of receipt, and the reporter is updated on the outcome.

10.5You can instantly block any abusive user from inside the app. Blocked users are immediately removed from your feed and can no longer interact with you or your content.

10.6Offending content is removed and the responsible account receives a warning or other sanction. Repeat offenders, and accounts engaged in egregious behaviour, are banned from Luup One.

11Disclosure

11.1You must comply with the Advertising Disclosure Policy.

11.2You are responsible for making required disclosures and obtaining required licences, permits, registrations, or approvals before publishing promotional content.

12Platform availability

12.1Luup One may change, suspend, discontinue, or limit any feature, mission, reward, Brand, or service at any time.

12.2Luup One does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free availability.

12.3No uptime commitment applies to End Users.

13Suspension and termination

13.1Luup One may suspend, limit, or terminate your Account or access at any time where it believes there is fraud, misuse, breach, legal risk, brand safety risk, payment risk, data misuse, or conduct that may harm Luup One, Brands, users, platforms, or third parties.

13.2Brands may request removal of users from Brand programmes.

13.3On termination, unpaid or unverified rewards may be forfeited unless required by law or otherwise stated.

13.4Clauses intended to survive termination will continue.

14Third party services

14.1Luup One may integrate with third party services, including app stores, payment providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, messaging tools, and tracking systems.

14.2Third party services are subject to their own terms and policies.

14.3Luup One is not responsible for third party services except where required by law.

15Privacy

15.1Personal data is handled in accordance with the Luup One Privacy Policy.

15.2By using Luup One, you acknowledge that Luup One may process account, activity, technical, mission, reward, fraud prevention, and performance data as described in the Privacy Policy.

16Disclaimers

16.1Luup One is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16.2Luup One does not guarantee specific earnings, rewards, approvals, campaign outcomes, audience growth, sales, or availability.

16.3Luup One is not responsible for Brand products, services, offers, warranties, delivery, fulfilment, customer service, or campaign outcomes except where expressly stated or required by law.

17Liability

17.1Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17.2Subject to clause 17.1, Luup One is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, platform account suspension, third party service failure, or loss arising from Brand products or services.

17.3Subject to clause 17.1, Luup One’s aggregate liability to you will not exceed the approved unpaid rewards owed to you in the six months before the claim.

18Changes

18.1Luup One may update these Terms from time to time.

18.2Updated Terms apply from the date they are posted or notified.

18.3Continued use of Luup One after updates take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

19Governing law and jurisdiction

19.1These Terms and any dispute, claim, or non contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

19.2Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence, the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

19.3Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

19.4These Terms are prepared in English. Where a translation is provided, the English version will prevail unless applicable law requires otherwise.
