Effective June 12, 2026 Luup L.L.C-FZ Governed by UAE law
Effective Date · June 12, 2026

Last updated: 12 June 2026

IMPORTANT: Luup One, operated by Luup L.L.C-FZ (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) (“Luup”), is a managed growth system that helps brands grow through Community Commerce®. Luup combines human relationships, mission based participation, tracking infrastructure, and algorithmic intelligence to help brands activate their customers as a trusted growth channel.

NOTE: Before joining or participating in any Luup powered brand programme, you must read, understand, and agree to this Luup Ambassador Promotion Policy.

These policies exist to protect Luup, our brand partners, customers, ambassadors, and the integrity of the Luup ecosystem.

All policies described below apply to all ambassadors using Luup or participating in any Luup powered mission, offer, reward, royalty, or brand programme.

Failure to comply with this policy may affect your account status and may result in temporary suspension, withheld rewards, removal from missions, reversal of rewards, or closure of your account.

WHILST YOUR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED, YOU MAY BE UNABLE TO COMPLETE NEW MISSIONS, GENERATE NEW REWARDS, RECEIVE PAYOUTS, OR ACCESS CERTAIN FEATURES OF THE LUUP PLATFORM. THIS MAY INCLUDE REWARDS OR ROYALTIES GENERATED BEFORE THE DATE OF SUSPENSION, DEPENDING ON THE NATURE OF THE BREACH.

This policy is not legal advice. You are responsible for getting your own legal, tax, licensing, and regulatory advice where required.

Luup’s role

Luup provides the managed growth system, app infrastructure, tracking technology, mission framework, approval process, reward verification, and operational support used by brand partners.

Luup may design, publish, manage, review, and verify missions in collaboration with brand partners.

Luup does not create, control, or publish ambassador content unless that content is submitted to Luup or a brand for use through a mission, campaign, approval process, or content usage arrangement.

Luup is not responsible for an ambassador’s own channels, advertising accounts, content choices, targeting settings, audience selection, local licences, tax obligations, or legal compliance.

Ambassador independence and responsibility

Ambassadors operate independently and are solely responsible for:

  • Their own social media accounts, websites, landing pages, content, messages, ads, and promotional materials.
  • Their own traffic sources, paid advertising accounts, targeting, budgets, bidding, and platform compliance.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, platform rules, and local permit requirements.
  • Making clear, accurate, and legally compliant disclosures that they may receive rewards, royalties, commissions, discounts, free products, or other benefits when promoting a brand.
  • Ensuring that any claim, testimonial, review, demonstration, or comparison they publish is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
  • All legal, tax, business, licensing, consumer protection, privacy, cookie, data protection, and advertising obligations that apply to their activities.

Ambassadors must not assume that Luup, a brand partner, or a mission brief has checked every legal rule that may apply to their country, audience, platform, or content format.

Universal policies

The following policies apply to all Luup ambassadors across all traffic channels.

01Brand usage policies

As a Luup ambassador, you may use approved brand names, logos, product images, offer details, tracking links, discount codes, and mission assets where they are made available to you by Luup or the relevant brand.

You must not:

  • Use Luup’s name, a brand partner’s name, or any confusingly similar name in a way that suggests you are Luup or the brand.
  • Pretend to be Luup or any brand partner.
  • Mislead consumers into thinking your content, account, page, website, ad, email, or message is official brand content.
  • Create accounts, pages, groups, domains, ads, or landing pages that impersonate Luup or any brand partner.
  • Use brand assets outside the scope of the relevant mission, offer, or brand instructions.
  • Use brand assets after your account has been suspended, terminated, or removed from a brand programme.

1.1Branded domains

You must not use Luup’s name, a brand partner’s name, or any confusingly similar spelling in a domain name, subdomain, or URL in a way that impersonates Luup or the brand.

Examples of prohibited domain use include:

  • officialluup.com
  • luup-rewards-app.com
  • officialbrandstore.com
  • brandname-discount-official.com
  • brandnane.com
  • brand-login.com

You may use a landing page on your own website provided that the page clearly identifies you as an independent ambassador and does not pretend to be Luup or the brand.

1.2Branded social profiles

You must not create or operate social media accounts, pages, groups, handles, or profiles that impersonate Luup or any brand partner.

You must not:

  • Use Luup or a brand partner’s name as your profile name in a way that suggests official status.
  • Use Luup or a brand partner’s logo as your profile picture in a way that suggests official status.
  • Claim to be the official social page, account, or representative of Luup or a brand partner.
  • Use handles such as @officialluup, @luupdiscounts, @brandnameofficial, @brandnameoffers, or similar.
  • Use a brand logo, app icon, or trade mark in a way that creates confusion about who operates the account.

You may identify yourself as an ambassador where this is truthful and legally compliant, for example:

  • “I share offers from brands I use.”
  • “Luup One ambassador.”
  • “Brand ambassador for the named brand, where approved by the brand.”

1.3Branded email addresses

You must not use Luup’s name or a brand partner’s name in an email address in a way that suggests you are contacting people as Luup or the brand.

Examples of prohibited email addresses include:

  • support@luupoffers.com
  • brandnamehelp@gmail.com
  • officialbranddiscounts@hotmail.com
  • luup-payments@outlook.com

Any email or message you send must make clear that it comes from you, not from Luup or the brand.

1.4Pretending to be Luup or a brand

No impersonation is allowed.

This applies across all channels, including social media, paid ads, search ads, direct messages, email, landing pages, communities, groups, review sites, forums, videos, livestreams, and offline promotion.

Any activity that suggests you are Luup, a brand partner, the official brand store, the official customer support team, the official app, or the official sales representative is prohibited.

02Disclosure and promotional transparency policy

You are responsible for clearly disclosing your relationship with Luup and any brand you promote where disclosure is required by law, regulation, platform policy, advertising standard, or mission instruction.

This includes any situation where you receive, may receive, or are eligible to receive:

  • Cash rewards.
  • Lifetime Royalties.
  • Mission rewards.
  • Discounts.
  • Free products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Brand perks.
  • Access to products, services, events, or benefits.
  • Any other commercial benefit.

You must follow the laws, advertising standards, and platform rules that apply to you, your location, your audience, and the content you publish.

If you are based in the UAE, UK, USA, or any other jurisdiction with specific influencer, creator, advertising, or promotional disclosure rules, you are responsible for complying with those rules.

Where a mission requires a specific disclosure format, placement, label, wording, audio disclosure, on-screen disclosure, caption disclosure, or platform tool, you must follow the mission instructions exactly.

Failure to disclose properly may result in mission rejection, reward reversal, account suspension, or account termination.

2.1UAE, UK, USA, and other local rules

Ambassadors are responsible for checking whether they need any licence, permit, registration, approval, disclosure, tax registration, business licence, or other permission before promoting any brand.

If your location requires a social media advertising permit or similar approval, you must obtain it before participating in promotional activity.

If your content may reach consumers in another country, laws in that country may also apply.

Luup may request evidence of licences, permits, disclosures, or compliance at any time.

Failure to provide evidence when requested may result in suspension or removal from the relevant programme.

2.2Disclosure placement

Where disclosure is required, it must be clear, visible, understandable, and placed where viewers are likely to see it before or at the time they engage with the promotional content.

You must not hide disclosures:

  • Only in your bio.
  • Only on your profile page.
  • Only at the end of a caption.
  • Only after “more” or “read more”.
  • Only in a long list of hashtags.
  • Only in small, low contrast, fast moving, or hard to read text.
  • Only in the video description where the content itself also requires disclosure.
  • Only in a separate link, page, or terms document.

Platform disclosure tools may be used where appropriate, but you remain responsible for making sure your disclosure is legally sufficient.

2.3Video, Stories, Reels, Shorts, TikTok, livestreams, and similar formats

Most Luup ambassador traffic is expected to come through video social media.

Unless the mission instructions say otherwise, you are responsible for deciding where and how disclosure should appear under the rules that apply to you.

Where the mission requires specific disclosure placement, you must follow the instructions exactly.

This may include:

  • Disclosure in the caption.
  • Disclosure in the video.
  • Disclosure on screen.
  • Disclosure in spoken audio.
  • Disclosure in the first frame.
  • Disclosure in the title or thumbnail.
  • Disclosure repeated during a livestream.
  • Use of a platform paid partnership or branded content tool.

Mission briefs may be stricter than local law. If so, the mission brief must be followed.

03Discount code and offer policy

Ambassadors may receive personal codes, brand wide codes, tracking links, QR codes, or offer links depending on the relevant brand programme.

You may promote discounts where the discount has been made available to you by Luup or the brand.

You must not:

  • Invent discount codes.
  • Change the terms of an offer.
  • Claim a discount is exclusive unless the brand or mission brief confirms it is exclusive.
  • Claim an offer is ending, limited, guaranteed, or lowest price unless the brand or mission brief confirms this.
  • Use expired codes.
  • Use leaked, private, staff only, customer service, or unauthorised codes.
  • Scrape discount codes from third party sites.
  • Promote an offer after it has been removed or withdrawn.
  • Mislead customers about how to claim an offer.

You must explain discounts accurately and in line with the brand’s current offer terms.

3.1Examples of prohibited discount claims

The following claims are not allowed unless expressly approved in the mission brief:

  • “Guaranteed lowest price.”
  • “Only available through me.”
  • “Secret Luup discount.”
  • “Official brand discount page.”
  • “Use this code before it disappears forever.”
  • “This is the only real code.”
  • “Everyone gets approved.”
  • “Guaranteed results when you buy today.”

3.2Examples of acceptable discount claims

The following may be acceptable where accurate and approved by the brand offer:

  • “Use my code for 15% off.”
  • “Shop the current brand offer here.”
  • “This brand has given me a code to share.”
  • “Offer terms apply.”
  • “My link may earn me a reward.”
  • “Here is the deal currently available through the app.”

04Paid advertising policy

Paid traffic is allowed unless the relevant brand, mission, offer, or platform rules prohibit it.

Ambassadors may use paid advertising channels including:

  • TikTok Ads.
  • Meta Ads.
  • Instagram Ads.
  • Facebook Ads.
  • Google Ads.
  • YouTube Ads.
  • Bing Ads.
  • Snapchat Ads.
  • Pinterest Ads.
  • Reddit Ads.
  • Native advertising.
  • Programmatic ads.
  • Other paid media platforms.

You are fully responsible for your own paid advertising account, budget, targeting, creative, copy, landing pages, disclosures, platform compliance, and legal compliance.

Luup may request ad screenshots, platform reports, landing page links, campaign settings, keyword lists, targeting details, or traffic evidence at any time.

Failure to provide this information when requested may result in suspension, reward reversal, or termination.

4.1Brand bidding

Brand bidding is allowed unless specifically prohibited by the relevant brand, offer, or mission instructions.

This means you may bid on Luup or brand partner names in search advertising only where the brand has not restricted that activity.

However, even where brand bidding is allowed, you must not impersonate Luup or any brand partner.

You must not:

  • Present your ad as the official brand website unless you are linking directly to the official brand website and the ad is not misleading.
  • Use “official” unless you are expressly authorised.
  • Use misleading display URLs.
  • Use ad copy that suggests you are Luup, the brand, customer support, the official app, the official checkout, or the official sales team.
  • Create fake login pages.
  • Create fake customer service pages.
  • Create fake app download pages.
  • Use typosquatting or confusingly similar domains.
  • Use competitor names in a misleading or unlawful way.

If a brand later prohibits brand bidding, you must stop immediately.

4.2Paid ad claims

All paid ads must be truthful, accurate, and consistent with the relevant mission brief and brand materials.

You must not use:

  • False scarcity.
  • False urgency.
  • Misleading pricing.
  • Unapproved health claims.
  • Unapproved financial claims.
  • Unapproved income claims.
  • Misleading before and after content.
  • Fake testimonials.
  • Fake reviews.
  • Misleading screenshots.
  • Deepfakes.
  • AI generated endorsements from real people without permission.
  • Any claim that cannot be substantiated.

4.3Paid ad landing pages

If you send paid traffic to a landing page you control, the landing page must:

  • Clearly identify who you are.
  • Not impersonate Luup or the brand.
  • Contain accurate product, service, offer, and pricing information.
  • Include required disclosures.
  • Use your valid tracking link or code.
  • Not use forced redirects.
  • Not use misleading countdown timers.
  • Not use fake reviews.
  • Not use fake endorsements.
  • Not collect personal data unlawfully.
  • Not make claims that are more aggressive than the brand’s own approved claims.

Luup may require changes to any landing page or prohibit use of a landing page at any time.

05Content quality and claims policy

All ambassador content must be truthful, fair, accurate, and not misleading.

This applies to:

  • Organic social posts.
  • Paid ads.
  • Videos.
  • Livestreams.
  • Stories.
  • Reels.
  • Shorts.
  • TikToks.
  • Images.
  • Captions.
  • Comments.
  • Direct messages.
  • Landing pages.
  • Emails.
  • Reviews.
  • Testimonials.
  • Screenshots.
  • Comparisons.

You must not make claims that go beyond the brand’s approved materials or the mission brief.

Where you share your personal experience, it must be genuine.

You must not claim to have used a product, service, app, course, subscription, or offer if you have not used it.

You must not claim results that are unusual, unverified, exaggerated, or unsupported.

5.1Product, health, beauty, wellness, and supplement claims

If promoting beauty, wellness, food, drink, supplements, fitness, health, medical, or similar products, you must be especially careful.

You must not claim that a product:

  • Treats, cures, prevents, or diagnoses a disease unless this is legally approved and included in the mission brief.
  • Guarantees weight loss.
  • Guarantees physical transformation.
  • Produces medical results.
  • Replaces professional medical advice.

  • Has clinical proof unless that exact claim is approved.

Before and after content must be authentic, not misleading, not digitally manipulated, and must comply with the rules in your jurisdiction and on the relevant platform.

Any financial, educational, business, or SaaS claim must be accurate, balanced, and supported by the brand’s approved materials.

  • You do not imply that other ambassadors will earn the same amount.
  • You include any required disclosure.
  • You do not show confidential, personal, or third party data.
  • You comply with platform rules and local advertising laws.

Luup may request original evidence of any payout screenshot used in promotion.

06User generated content and usage rights

By submitting content to Luup or a brand through a mission, campaign, upload, form, app, approval flow, or content request, you confirm that you own the content or have all rights required to submit it.

You grant Luup and the relevant brand a worldwide, royalty free, sublicensable, transferable licence to use, edit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, promote, and adapt the submitted content in connection with the brand, Luup, the mission, or related marketing.
