Acceptable use policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users, affiliates, publishers, creators, ambassadors, brands, agencies, merchants, advertisers, and other persons using Luup One, operated by Luup L.L.C-FZ (Dubai, United Arab Emirates).

01Core rule

1.1You must use Luup One lawfully, honestly, and in a way that protects users, brands, communities, platforms, and the integrity of Luup One’s Customer Commerce® system.

1.2You must not use Luup One for illegal, misleading, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, unsafe, or unauthorised activity.

02Prohibited content

2.1You must not create, upload, submit, publish, promote, or distribute content that:

1. is illegal;
2. is misleading, deceptive, or false;
3. contains adult sexual content or pornography;
4. exploits, sexualises, or endangers minors;
5. promotes hate, harassment, abuse, threats, or discrimination;
6. promotes violence, self harm, or dangerous behaviour;
7. includes terrorist, extremist, or unlawful political content;
8. infringes intellectual property rights;
9. breaches privacy, publicity, or data protection rights;
10. includes malware, spyware, tracking code, phishing, or harmful technical content;
11. includes unapproved health, medical, financial, investment, legal, or income claims;
12. promotes regulated goods or services without documented controls;
13. contains fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake scarcity, or fake urgency;
14. uses deepfakes or AI generated likenesses without permission;
15. misrepresents your identity or relationship with Luup One or a brand.

03Prohibited products and services

3.1You must not promote through Luup One:

1. illegal goods or services;
2. counterfeit goods;
3. stolen goods;
4. weapons or explosives;
5. illegal drugs or controlled substances;
6. adult services or pornography;
7. gambling where not approved and lawful;
8. financial products requiring approval unless approved in writing;
9. medical products requiring approval unless approved in writing;
10. products targeting minors where prohibited;
11. products requiring age verification unless controls are approved;
12. misleading offers or unavailable products;
13. any category Luup One restricts or prohibits.

04Prohibited technical activity

4.1You must not:

1. use bots, scripts, automation, click farms, fake engagement, or artificial traffic;
2. interfere with tracking or attribution;
3. use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, click injection, pixel stuffing, adware, malware, redirects, hidden frames, or device fingerprint abuse;
4. attempt to access accounts, systems, dashboards, APIs, data, or features without authorisation;
5. reverse engineer Luup One systems;
6. scrape, export, or harvest data without permission;
7. overload, scan, disrupt, or test systems without approval;
8. bypass security, moderation, fraud review, or payout controls;
9. use the platform to send spam, phishing, or unlawful messages.

05Prohibited marketing activity

5.1You must not:

1. impersonate Luup One or a brand;
2. create fake brand pages, support pages, login pages, checkout pages, app download pages, or offer pages;
3. use misleading domains, handles, sender names, or email addresses;
4. use brand marks without approval;
5. bid on trademarks without approval;
6. make unapproved claims;
7. hide required disclosures;
8. use spam or unlawful direct outreach;
9. collect personal data without lawful basis;
10. target vulnerable people in an unfair or aggressive way.

06Brand and merchant obligations

6.1Brands and merchants must not ask Luup One or participants to promote:

1. illegal products;
2. misleading offers;
3. unavailable products;
4. unsafe or unsubstantiated claims;
5. discriminatory, hateful, adult, political, or regulated content unless expressly approved and lawful;
6. products requiring licences, age verification, health claims, financial promotions, or other controls unless documented in writing.

6.2Brands are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and substantiation of their products, offers, prices, discounts, product descriptions, eligibility requirements, and promotional terms.

07Data use

7.1You must not use Luup One data to identify, contact, profile, target, or market to users outside the permissions granted by Luup One.

7.2You must not export or combine Luup One data with other data unless approved and lawful.

7.3You must comply with all privacy, cookie, direct marketing, consent, and data protection laws that apply to your activity.

08Enforcement

8.1Luup One may remove, reject, suspend, limit, reverse, or terminate any account, mission, creative, offer, payout, campaign, or activity that appears to breach this Policy.

8.2Luup One may request evidence, screenshots, reports, consent records, licences, permits, keywords, landing pages, or other compliance information.

8.3Luup One may cooperate with brands, platforms, payment providers, regulators, or law enforcement where required or appropriate.

09Governing law and jurisdiction

9.1This Policy and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

9.2The Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy, subject to mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded.
